Lyskultur has in cooperation with Bærum Commune and other business partners the honour of inviting you to LYSDAGEN 2011.
The main theme for LYSDAGEN 2011 is:
LIGHT – ARCITECHTURE – CULTURE
The conference will take place on 17th November 2011 in Bærum Kulturhus (Bærum Cultural Centre) and will provide you with various experiences within the vast area of light, lighting design, architecture and culture. You will be able to see and listen to how Norwegian and international lighting designers, architects, manufacturers and contractors work and solve the complex area of light and illumination.
LYSDAGEN 2011 will be more comprehensive than ever before, including;
Speeches, exhibition, music, distribution of the Norwegian Light Award 2011, Guerrilla Lighting and a Light Party.
The Norwegian lighting community, headed by Lyskultur, has expressed a strong wish to have an established and visible event in Norway where light is the main focus. With LYSDAGEN we have a national arena with international dimensions.
o LYSDAGEN is an open event for all interested parties, where you can meet other people who share the same passion for light and illumination. This year the conference is even further developed and more comprehensive than ever before!
o LYSDAGEN will provide all delegates with an interest in light and lighting a substantial professional profit. In addition to listening to interesting presentations – you will have the possibility to participate in discussions and meet equal minded both in a professional and a social setting.
o LYSDAGEN consists of an international conference with various presentations, exhibition, cultural entertainment and the distribution of the Norwegian Light Award 2011. The conference will conclude with an outdoor light experience – Guerrilla Lighting, followed by the Light Party at “Musikkflekken” in Sandvika.
